How do I change to be plan managed?

It's easy! First you must have 'Choice and Control’ included in your NDIS plan. To have ‘Choice and Control' included in your plan you will need to either:

 

OPTION 1 Request a review of your current NDIS Plan and ask to have ‘Choice and Control' included in your plan. Then you will be able to receive plan management services (with LifeAbility Plan Management for example) with no expense to you. Note, reviews can sometimes take time – be patient and check in with us as it’s worth it. OR

 

OPTION 2 If you already have a review coming up, attend the meeting and refer to back to OPTION 1 OR

 

OPTION 3 If you don’t have an NDIS plan yet, you can also ask to have ‘Choice and Control’ included in your plan right from the beginning and you will receive plan management services at no extra expense!
