What is a Plan Manager?

A Plan Manager works between you, your providers and the NDIA and assists with all your paperwork, managing invoices, organising payments, coordinating with providers and helping you maintain choice and access when it comes to your NDIS funding and services.
You have three options to manage your NDIS funding:
Agency Management:
The NDIA is in control of your funding. They will handle all the administration for you, like paying your providers and managing the reporting. However, unlike plan management your choice of support options are limited.
Self Management:
You are in charge of all your funding AND all the administration including invoice management and payment to all your providers, budgeting and reporting back to the NDIA and keeping all receipts and financial records for auditing purposes.
Plan Management:Â
You are in charge of your funding, you can choose your support providers and a plan manager (like LifeAbility Plan Management) will take care of all the administration, bookkeeping and reporting for you! We will make sure your providers are paid correctly and on time. We’re also here to provide you with added support and tools so you can get the most out of your NDIS funding and live your life the way you want to without all the stress of admin.
