What is a Plan Manager?

You have three options to manage your NDIS funding:

Agency Management:

The NDIA is in control of your funding. They will handle all the administration for you, like paying your providers and managing the reporting. However, unlike plan management your choice of support options are limited.

Self Management:

You are in charge of all your funding AND all the administration including invoice management and payment to all your providers, budgeting and reporting back to the NDIA and keeping all receipts and financial records for auditing purposes.

Plan Management: 

You are in charge of your funding, you can choose your support providers and a plan manager (like LifeAbility Plan Management) will take care of all the administration, bookkeeping and reporting for you!
